On May 1 I was driving to work when I crested at the Saratoga gap, at
the intersection of 9 and 35. Woah, Nellie! Before my eyes was a mysterious pattern of circles imbedded in the hard asphalt directly in the center of
the intersection.
They weren't there the night before! In the inky darkness of the Santa Cruz Mountain night, the aliens must have come..

Another view shows the mysterious alignment of the circle centers with
the crossing axes of the roads from north and south, east and west. It
makes one wonder if, perhaps just a few hundred thousand years ago,
maybe the poles of the earth pierced this very place, before some
shuddering and catastrophic motion pushed (or pulled) them towards
what is now the far north(???)

I glanced up to the side of the building, to where the sacred image of Eco
